At Glow Garden, I understand that life happens and plans can change. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows, no-contact, or cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 100% fee. I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion when there are genuine extenuating circumstances. I simply ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled so I can stay on time for my following clients. In these cases, the appointment may still be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other Glow Garden clients.
